Thursday workout…
A late update…I did make it to the gym on Thursday for my class even though I was very sore. And it was worth it - I was no more sore Friday than I was on Thursday. And it didn’t feel that difficult which is probably due to the other workouts I did during the week to build up to it. We started with 15 minutes of cardio and then did this workout. If you are limited with time, do it at home as it only takes 15 minutes. I’m going to push myself to the gym tonight even though I hate Monday workouts. But due to my lack of gym time over the weekend, I don’t have a choice.
