My workout schedule really lacked last week. As in I went 0 times. Tons of excuses - I didn’t go Sunday as I went Saturday, I skipped Monday as I wanted to go home after work and watch the SU game, Tuesday we went to see the baby, Wednesday and Thursday I worked late, Friday we had a dinner and Saturday I worked some more and was lazy. I’m sure I could have squeezed in a workout somewhere but it just didn’t happen. Today and this week is different though, much different. I went for a quick 20 minute/2 mile jog and then an hour weight/body sculpt class. I usually never do any more than an hour workout at one time. And, if all goes to plan, I have 2 more workouts planned for this week.
