Workout…

So my bootcamp class has changed names to SPA (speed, power and agility).  Last Thursday was honestly one of the hardest workouts I have ever done.  We did the entire workout - each top 10 4 times.  Honestly, if you have 10-20 minutes, do this workout.  It’s extremely hard and very rewarding.  And if you are looking for a good workout timer, try this one.  I used it when I did a workout from home on Tuesday and it worked great with some music in the background.
